A ‘tour de force’ of few the most renowned Boyd dynasty artists is proudly boast as one of the most inspiring exhibitions from London and can be considered a new reference point for the Boyd's artists work.

Bob Hawke former Prime Minister of Australia officially opens the event on 24 March 2012 and unveils the 'Lost Bride 1955'. Rarely seen away from London, Australian masterpieces are on view in Galeria Aniela Fine Art Gallery and Sculpture Park in Kangaroo Valley, the only venue in Australia. It’s rare to be able to amalgamate such large collection. The enviable ‘A Century of Boyd’ collection is too seldom seen in Australia.

Arthur Boyd's iconic 'Lost Bride' circa 1955, pre-dates the artist's first 'Bride' paintings.  The painting was concealed on two pieces of board, screwed to the base of Arthur Boyd’s art-trolley, and discovered totally by chance, by his son Jamie Boyd.

Despite of the astonishing circumstances, the 'Lost Bride' has survived almost six decades, now for the first time on public view but not for sale. In 2012, Sotheby's sold Boyd's ‘Bride Running Away (1957)' for $1.68M.

It is 'a once-in-a-life-time opportunity' to enjoy the exhibition featuring over 100 important artworks (paintings and bronze sculptures)—Arthur Boyd, David Boyd, Guy Boyd, Jamie Boyd, and Lenore Boyd, presents a rare and  personal perspective that kept shaping the Boyd artistic legacy and Australian modern art.
